SALON POLICY FOR OUR CLIENTS
CANCELLATION & BOOKING FEE
We require all clients to pay a booking fee to hold their appointment. You will receive a full refund minus any card fees if you need to cancel your appointment before 48hrs. If you cancel within 48hrs of your appointment, you will for forfeit your booking fee.
We require all clients to arrive on time to their appointment to ensure they can have their full service with us. Clients who are late risk loosing their appointment slot and booking fee. Although we will try our best to accommodate you.
All clients who do not show for their appointments will forfeit their booking fee and will be liable for the full cost of the service. All no show clients will then require to make full payment up front for any future appointments made.
Enhance Hair & Beauty we take your privacy very seriously. This privacy statement is here to help you understand what we may do with any information you give us about you.
Enhance Hair & Beauty provides a full client consultation which we ask you to fill out. You are asked to disclose personal information about your health, lifestyle and any other information which may be required before any hair and beauty treatments can be carried out.
All your personal Information that you share is private and confidential. If you have any questions about this, please do ask.
We never give or sell our clients details to third parties. All information that you supply us with, is filed and stored in a secure GDPR compliant computer system which is password protected.
Our insurers advise that we keep your records for a minimum of 3 years and maximum of 7 years. If you’ve stopped coming to us after this time your records will be shredded/disposed of/deleted in the correct manner.
Please note it is your responsibility to make sure that your client records are up to date. At every appointment you’ll be asked if they’re any changes to your health and lifestyle, please make sure you tell us if there’s changes to be made and we will update your records for you.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
If any of our team feel uncomfortable or feel that you are unfit for a service (i.e. under the influence of alcohol or drugs, someone rude or aggressive, someone who is unable to receive a treatment due to health reasons, someone who has previously left without paying, you believe someone is attempting to receive unprofessional services),
then we have the right to refuse the client service and they will loose their booking fee.
Hair Cutting & Styling – Available to all ages
Hair Colouring/Keratin Service/Extensions – 16+ only
Massage/Facials/Manicures/Pedicures/Ear Piercing/Spray Tan/Waxing* – Available to all ages (Written Consent from Parent/Guardian and they must be present if you are under 16 years old)
Lash Lifts/Lash & Brow Tints/Lash Extensions – 16+ only
*Intimate Waxing – 18+ only
CHILDREN ON THE PREMISES
Due to the size of our salon, we discourage clients from bringing children with them to their appointment. Children are however permitted in the salon to have their own service carried out but must be accompanied by a Parent/Guardian if under the age of 16.
